A Little About Us
A family farm since 1943, we specialize in organic alfalfa hay and winter wheat. Grandpa Dan started growing hay and potatoes in 1943. Dad, Max Collett, later purchased the land from his dad and started the Flying Diamond Farm. Max raised Black Angus cattle, hay, corn and beans.
Steven's earliest memories are those of working the farm. His interest in organic farming was adopted by his dad, Max. We have been producing organic alfalfa hay and wheat since 1999 when we were certified by the USDA.
Living along the Snake River in southwest Idaho with all the abundant wildlife, we feel a duty to be a good steward of the land for everyone. We share our bounty with the wildlife. As Max would say "There's always enough".
We also believe in being good stewards of our Community and Church, taking time to be involved in many activities.
